Our facilities

 

At San Giovanni every kitchen is provided with dishwasher, TV, full fridge and oven. Opening onto the inner courtyard is the original wood-burning oven and just outside the barbecue, while wrought-iron tables and chairs are in the courtyard under a big umbrella. In the basement close to the house there is a large washroom with the washing machine and iron facilities.

The wide garden (about 4000 sqm) surrounding the villa offers relax at the shadow of old cypresses and centuries old oaks, or sunbathe arounf the panoramic swimming pool (6 mt x 12 mt, depth 120 cm to 230 cm) furnished with deckchairs, umbrellas and tables. Private unroofed parking area is at guests' disposal.

The villa is rented as a whole and single bedrooms cannot be let. It is provided with complete sets of linen (bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchens) and swimming pool towels. Meals and Bed & Breakfast accomodations are not available.

Final cleaning, electricity, hot water and cooker-gas consumption are included in the price. Heating is calculated according to consuming.

An unroofed parking area is at the guests' disposal.
