Our facilities

The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, a big gas oven, full fridge, coffeemaker and toaster, working fireplace. Just outside the kitchen there is the original wood-burning oven and a big patio covered with a pergola and furnished with a wrought-iron table and chairs. Next to the patio there is the barbecue. The TV and the telephone (only to receive calls) are in the living room.

The house has a washroom with washing machine and ironing facilities in the basement just outside the kitchen. The large garden surrounding the villa (about 3000 sqm) offers relax at the shadow of old almond trees or around the swimming pool situated in a panoramic position (6 mt x 12 mt, depth 140 cm), equipped with teak lounge chairs and umbrellas. Private unroofed parking area is closed to the garden.

The villa is rented as a whole and single bedrooms cannot be let. It is provided with complete sets of linen (bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen) and swimming pool towels. Meals and Bed & Breakfast accomodations are not available.

Final cleaning, electricity water and kitchen-gas consumption are included in the price. Heating is calculated according to consumption.
